On Tuesday, one of the "Gang of Eight," Republican Senator from Florida Marco Rubio expressed concern that the bill will not be able to get at least 60 votes, to avoid being fillibustered.
"We need to add more votes to the floor," he said before urging everyone to contact their State's senators about the issue and let them know that Americans stand behind the reform.
